According to the NVIDIA AI Blog, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang traveled to South Korea following the unveiling of RTX Spark at GTC Taipei during COMPUTEX last week. NVIDIA introduced RTX Spark to the South Korean market in collaboration with gaming companies KRAFTON and NC, as well as T1, the reigning League of Legends champions.
RTX Spark is described by NVIDIA as “the superchip that reinvents Windows PCs for the era of personal AI agents,” according to the announcement. The company showcased the technology at Korea’s PC Bangs, the popular internet café venues that are central to the country’s gaming culture.
The introduction of RTX Spark in South Korea marks NVIDIA’s effort to bring its latest AI-focused PC technology to one of the world’s most active gaming markets.
